Fatigue Management – New scheduling rules allows the application to automates key facets of fatigue risk mitigation, enforcing employee work-hour limits and aligning with fitness for duty best practices. Companies now have the ability to set minimum intervals between shifts, set maximum hours scheduled in a period, and alert managers when an employee is approaching overtime, is out of schedule or missed punching in/out multiple times, based on criteria.
