Job/labour allocation and project-based time cards are now also available for supervisors and managers alike to view and edit.

Workforce Planning- With ATS TimeWork OnDemand, managers will now have the ability to decide if they want to create open shifts, based on preferences or seniority. The revised workforce planning tool automates complex and time-consuming employee scheduling processes, as well as overtime calculation, and vacation requests, for more equitable schedules. And, with the added features of mobile-friendly access, employees now have more control over their schedules — all of which, leads to lower costs and improved productivity.

Data Archive- With data archive companies can keep current data production levels and archive less important historical data. This archiving tool does not remove the ability to access the data-but, instead gives users the ability to access the most relevant archived data within ATS TimeWork OnDemand.

Fatigue Management – New scheduling rules allows the application to automates key facets of fatigue risk mitigation, enforcing employee work-hour limits and aligning with fitness for duty best practices. Companies now have the ability to set minimum intervals between shifts, set maximum hours scheduled in a period, and alert managers when an employee is approaching overtime, is out of schedule or missed punching in/out multiple times, based on criteria. Fatigue management allows for employee data to seamlessly from ATS various time clocks or other third-party applications.
